The name StoneStream is inspired by the city we proudly serve. “Steinbach,” translated from German, means “Stone Stream.” By choosing this name, we wanted to reflect both our local roots and the values that define our service — strength, stability, and steady, dependable support you can rely on.

About the Founder
My name is Andy Wiebe, and I’ve been working in the IT industry since the year 1998.
I began my career as a programmer, building software and working closely with systems behind the scenes. Over time, my role naturally expanded into broader IT services — troubleshooting, system support, infrastructure, and helping users directly.
Through the years, I discovered that beyond the technical side, what I value most is helping people.
Technology can be frustrating and disruptive when it doesn’t work the way it should. I’m passionate about stepping in during those moments — providing clear guidance, practical solutions, and dependable support tailored to each person’s needs.
To better serve our diverse community, I’m pleased to offer support in English, German, Low German, and Russian, allowing me to assist clients in the language they’re most comfortable with.
